Resolution No. 62, Series 2025 — A Resolution Approving an Agreement for the <br />2025 Phase Two Trail Wayfinding Signage Project <br />Mayor Pro Tem Dickinson moved to approve the consent agenda; seconded by <br />Councilmember Hamlington. <br />Aye: Leh, Dickinson, Cooperman, Fahey, Kern, Hamlington, Hoefner <br />Nay: None <br />Absent: None <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS (00:05:53) <br />Mayor Leh offered a thank you to staff for Labor Day Parade and activities. <br />Councilmember Kern thanked staff and business for last week's Business Beat Meeting. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT (00:07:30) <br />City Manager Langley also thanked Cultural Services, Parks and Recreation Staff, the <br />Police Department and others for the Labor Day weekend activities. Other items noted: <br />the battery recycle program; the increase in summer reading participation; and the Dog <br />Days of Summer event coming up on Friday. <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br />DISCUSSION / DIRECTION — PROPOSED RULE RECONSIDERATION OF 2009 <br />ENDANGERMENT FINDING AND GREENHOUSE GAS VEHICLE STANDARDS <br />(00:08:29) <br />Mayor Leh introduced the item. <br />Deputy City Manager Samma Fox gave the staff presentation. <br />Public Comment <br />• Helen Moshak <br />• Don Parcher <br />
