I 12 City of <br />im Louisville <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1878 <br />Historic Preservation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />Monday, February 24, 2025 <br />City Hall, Council Chambers <br />749 Main Street <br />6:30 PM <br />Call to Order — 6:30 PM <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br />Commission Members Present: <br />Staff Members Present: <br />Lynda Haley, Chair <br />Christine Burg, Vice Chair <br />Josh Anderson <br />Marty Beauchamp <br />Keith Keller <br />Sloan Whidden <br />Talbot Wilt <br />Rob Zuccaro, Director of Community <br />Development <br />Emily Cline -Gibson, Planner II <br />Ben Jackson, Planning Clerk <br />Approval of Agenda <br />The agenda was approved by voice vote. <br />Approval of Posting Locations <br />Motion to approve the posting locations was moved by Beauchamp, seconded by <br />Whidden, and adopted by voice vote. <br />Election of Officers <br />Motion to elect Lynda Haley as Chair and Christine Burg as Vice Chair was moved by <br />Beauchamp, seconded by Anderson, and adopted by voice vote. <br />Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda <br />Eric Hartronft, resident, wanted to provide the Commission with an update on the grain <br />elevator. He spoke about the newly planned development, and the plans to preserve the <br />historic aspects of the site.
