The property was then platted and developed as the Centennial <br />Health Park, starting in 1987. There have been six subdivision plat amendments, with <br />the last amendment taking place in 2002. The subdivision plats have resulted in the <br />establishment of multiple parcels for the development of medical facilities and offices, <br />public utility and access easements, and right of way dedication for Health Park Drive. <br />■ 1987 — Health Park Subdivision Filing No. 1 <br />■ 1988 — Health Park Subdivision Filing No. 2 <br />■ 1990 — Health Park Subdivision Filing No. 3 <br />■ 1990 — Health Park Subdivision Filing No. 4 <br />■ 1996 — Health Park Subdivision Filing No. 5 <br />■ 2002 — Health Park Subdivision Filing No. 6 <br />In 1998, a portion of the subject property was rezoned to Planned Community Zone <br />District — Commercial (PCZD-C) along with approval of the initial GDP for the property. <br />In 2002, an additional 13 acres parcel on the north side of the property was annexed, <br />zoned to PCZD-C, and incorporated in the Avista Hospital GDP area. <br />■ 1998 Avista Adventist Hospital GDP <br />■ 2002 Avista Adventist Hospital GDP (Amendment No. 1) <br />As part of the 2002 annexation, a 10-acre open space parcel on the side of the GDP <br />area was dedicated for open space (see Attachment No. 5 for Annexation Agreement, <br />Section 15).
