In 1955, the Lees added a covered front porch to the house and in 1959, Mary Gutfelder deeded Lot 4 to <br />Frank and Betty Lee for $10. The addition of Lot 4 established the current property for 1117 Lincoln as <br />encompassing Lots 4,5,6 Block 5 in the Capitol Hill Subdivision. <br />Boulder County Assessor photo c. 1955. <br />Frank and Betty divorced in 1968, and Frank transferred the joint tenancy to Betty Lee. Betty remarried <br />in 1983 to Elmer Rutt and they lived at 1117 Lincoln until Elmer's death in 1986.
