Their daughter Dolores Mae was <br />born in 1940. <br />In 1950, Sostenes, at the age of 87 is living at the current address of 1234 Jefferson with his daughter-in- <br />law Lucy, his grand -daughter Dolores Mae Lerma, and Lucy's new family with John Olivas. In 1951, <br />Sostenes Lerma filed a joint tenancy for the property with Dolores Mae Lerma. Sostenes Lerma died in <br />1953. Dolores Mae married Roger W. Wolfgram in 1957 and they sold the property to Miles and Mary <br />Vondra that same year. <br />Vondra Ownership, 1957-1963 <br />Miles and Mary Vondra retained the property under the Colorado Land and Investment Co. between <br />1957-1963. Sometime between 1961-1964, an addition, porch and detached garage were added to the <br />property.
