Written notice of such hon~ <br />fide offer shall be given to County or City Housing, as the case <br />may be, which shall have forty-five (45) days from the date of <br />receipt of the written notice to accept such offer, and if not <br />accepted, the sale may be made to such third party purchaser. <br />Pursuant to Colorado Revised Statute Section 15-11-1102(1) (a) and <br />(b), if the right of first refusal conveyed under this Agreement <br />does not vest within 90 years after the date of execution of this <br />Agreement by the parties, said interest shall automatically be <br />severed from the remainder of the interests conveyed herein and <br />shall automatically terminate. <br /> <br /> 6. Contingency. This Agreement is contingent on County <br />Housing acquiring Regal Court/Place.
