RESOLUTION NO. 17 <br /> SERIES 1998 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION SETTING A GOAL OF LIMITING THE NUMBER OF <br />RESIDENTIAL BUILDING PERMITS ISSUED IN CALENDAR YEAR 1998 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in Resolution No. 36, Series 1993, the City Council established various <br />goals and policies for the management of growth and development within the City of Louisville; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, paragraph 4 of Resolution No. 36 set as a goal that the City Council would <br />strive to limit the number of residential building permits issued in 1994 so as not to exceed 250 <br />per calendar year for single family and 120 per calendar year for multi-family; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said paragraph 4 requires the City Council to review the building permit <br />goal annually with the express goal of reducing the single family equivalent to an optimum of <br />150 total building permits or less by calendar year 1997. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />As a goal and consistent with attendant conditions, the City Council will strive to <br />limit the number of residential building permits issued in calendar year 1998 so as <br />not to exceed 55 single family equivalents. <br />In all other respects, Resolution No. 36, Series 1993, remains in effect as written <br />and adopted by the City Council. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 31 st day of March, 1998. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Dave Clabots, City Clerk <br /> <br />Tom Davidson, Mayor <br />City of Louisville, Colorado <br /> <br /> <br />
