R110.4 Temporary Certificate of Occupancy. There will be a $600 <br />fee for a temporary certificate of occupancy if approved by the Chief <br />Building Official. A Temporary Certificate of Occupancy shall be valid for <br />180 days. If a permanent Certificate of Occupancy is issued within the first <br />30 days, all but $40 will be refunded.
