RESOLUTION NO. 10 <br />SERIES 1998 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO A <br /> FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR <br /> CENTURY OFFICE PARK, LOT 10A <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, an Amendmem to <br />a Final PUD Development Plan for Century Office Park, Lot 10A; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the Amendment have been reviewed by City Staff <br />and the Planning Commission and found to be in compliance with the Louisville zoning <br />ordinances, subdivision regulations, and related policies; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS,after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Amendment, the <br />Planning Commission recommended approval of the PUD Amendment to the City Council without <br />conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, as all Commission Conditions have been met, the City Council finds that said <br />Amendment should be approved, without condition. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve an Amendmem to a Final PUD Developmem Plan for <br />Century Office Park, Lot 10A. <br /> <br />AND ADOPTED this 17th day of March 1998. <br /> <br /> City of Louisville, Colorado <br /> <br />Dave Clabots, City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
