Approval of January 11, 2011 Study Session Date Change to January 10, <br /> 2011, 7:00 PM in the City Council Chambers <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> Alan Sobel, 1408 Kennedy Avenue„ Louisville, CO continued the filibuster addressing <br /> his belief the City of Louisville, protects the interests of large corporations and not the <br /> residents' interests. He felt Comcast is in violation of the Louisville Municipal Code. He <br /> stated the cable provider has not provided customers with written notification of any <br /> change in rates, programming, or channel position within 30 days of the effective date of <br /> a change, as required by the Louisville Municipal Code. <br /> COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br /> AGENDA <br /> Mayor Sisk reported on comments he received relative to the vibrancy of Louisville. He <br /> commended the business owners who invested in the City; the Downtown Business <br /> Association; the Chamber of Commerce and Centennial Park and citizens of Louisville. <br /> Councilor Sackett reported on the success of the Coal Creek Golf Course and noted the <br /> golf course was fully booked over the weekend. <br /> CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br /> City Manager Fleming also expressed his thanks to the local businesses. He thanked <br /> the City Staff who work over the holidays, weekends and at night to provide services to <br /> the citizens. He thanked the employees who work in the Water and Wastewater Utility <br /> Departments; Streets; Police; IT; the Recreation Center and the Library. <br /> IREGULAR BUSINESS <br /> APPROVAL OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT HISTORIC STRUCTURE <br /> ASSESSMENT LOUISVILLE GRAIN ELEVATOR <br /> Mayor Sisk requested a Staff presentation. <br />
