BRaD <br />Meeting Summary <br />April 4, 2011 <br />Page 4 of 4 <br /> State Mercantile – child therapist in one space and sports marketing firm in other <br /> Marco’s Pizza – most recent fast food restaurant to locate in the former State Farm Claim <br />Facility (Koelbel’s building). <br />COMMENTS FROM MEMBERS/PUBLIC - <br />Michael Menaker encouraged everyone to go to the RTD website and take the online survey about <br />a tax increase to support FasTracks. <br />Michael commented on letter from Peter Stewart regarding the demo request of the former Rod <br />and Gun Club building and commented on the City’s reply. <br />Michael also commented on the letter from HPC that is included in the 4/5 Council Packet for the <br />PUD Extension of 940 Main Street development and encouraged City staff to do a fact check and <br />present more information at the Council Meeting. Troy Russ, Planning Director, confirmed <br />Planning staff is researching and will present at Council Meeting. Michael encouraged BRaD <br />members to follow the activities of the HPC and how they affect downtown businesses. <br />Bob Muckle spoke for the value added though the work of the HPC volunteers and supported <br />adding the Stewart letter as an agenda item in May. <br />REPORTS FROM COMMITTEE MEMBERS – None <br />DISCUSSION ITEMS FOR THE NEXT MEETING ON MONDAY, MAY 2, 2011: Discussion of the <br />Stewart letter. <br />ADJOURN:The meeting adjourned at 9:34 a.m. <br />
