That the budget for the City of Louisville, Colorado, <br />for the fiscal y ar beginning January 1, 1982, and ending December 31, <br />1982, as hereto ubmitted to the City Council by the City Administrator <br />and as changed a d amended by said City Council be, and the same <br />hereby is adopte and approved as the budget for the City of Louisville <br />for said fiscal ear. <br />SECTION 4.
