<br /> A RES LUTION approving the Final Planned Unit Development
<br />and Final Plat f the Dutch Creek Subdivision.
<br /> WHERE S, there has been submitted to the Louisville City
<br />Council a Plann d Unit Development and Plat of the property generally
<br />located south 0 Daly Road, north of Coal Creek extending from Delaney
<br />Road to Rooseve t Avenue, and submitted by Gregory Kent, 8611 Osage
<br />Street, Denver, Colorado 80211; and,
<br /> vvHERE S, all materials related to the Planned Unit Develop-
<br />ment and Plat h ve been reviewed by the City Staff and Planning
<br />Commission and ound to be in compliance with the Louisville Zoning
<br />Ordinances, Sub ivision Regulations and related policies; and,
<br /> WHERE S, after a properly advertised public hearing con-
<br />cerning said Fi al Planned Unit Development and Final Plat, the
<br />Planning Commis ion determined that said Plat and Plan are acceptable.
<br /> Nmi, HEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF
<br />THE CITY OF LOU SVILLE, COLORADO, does hereby approve the Final
<br />Planned Unit De elopment and Final Plat of the Dutch Creek Sub-
<br />division.
