There were no bad debt write offs. <br />East Street Limited Partnership Financial Statements <br />Rental income is under budget by 2% or $1,024 for the period ending April 2011. There is currently one <br />vacant unit at this site. <br />Other income is 73% or $1,738 less than budget. <br />Total administrative expenses are over budget by $407. <br />Total utility expenses are 18% or $822 less than budget. <br />Maintenance salaries and contract expense are 107% or $7,076 more than budget to date.
