Scott suggests that Chuck is completely capable of representing and serving as the LHA Executive Director, <br />whether formalized or not <br />Steve proposed that, if Frank is coming to the next meeting, that we have an open discussion about what <br />works out best for he and Chuck. Normally, as a board, we would want the Executive Director here for <br />every meeting. We will talk about this when Frank attends the May meeting. <br />Chuck will bring the one year layout task for the disposition of Hillside to the next meeting: <br />Portfolio Analysis. Update <br />Chuck would like to bring before the board a resolution to engage with Hawkins and Associates at the May <br />Board meeting. The portfolio analysis is $5,000 or less..
