<br /> . - <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 11 <br /> Series 1980 <br /> A RESOLUTION approving the Bella Vista South Final Plat and <br />Final Planned Unit Development Plan; <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City <br />Cbuncil, a Final Plat and a Final Planned Unit Development Plan of <br />the Bella Vista South Subdivision by David B. Poss, 9308 Bella <br />Vista Drive, Louisville, Colorado; and <br /> WHEREAS, all material related to said Final Plat and <br />Final Planned Unit Development Plan has been reviewed by City Staff <br />and the Planning Commission and found to be in compliance with the <br />Louisville Zoning Ordinance, Subdivision Regulations and related <br />policies; and <br /> WHE REAS , after a properly advertised public hearing <br />concerning said Final Plat and Final Planned Unit Development Plan <br />the Planning Commission has determined that said Plat and Plan is <br />acceptable and has reconunended approval of the same to City Council. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE" I,ET IT BE RESOLVED that the City Council <br />of the City of LouisvillE~, Colorado, does hereby approve the Bella <br />Vista South Final Plat and Final Planned Unit Development Plan. <br /> Passed and adopted on this 19th day of February, 1980. <br /> 9t~4/.LLJ <br /> Mayor <br /> ~ <br /> --- <br />
