<br />. - <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. /8 <br />Series 1980 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION proclaiming Sunday, May 18, 1980, as "PUBLIC <br />SAFETY DAY" in Louisvilll9, Colorado. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, numerous and valuable services are furnished on <br />a daily basis to local citizens by the Louisville Fire Protection <br />District and by the Louisville Police Department; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, both departments feel that their services can be <br />improved by continually informing and educating local citizens to <br />the services furnished by each department; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Louisville Fire Protection District and the <br />Louisville Police Department will host an open house at the Louisville <br />Fire Hall on May 18, 1980, to introduce all local citizens to the <br />services offered, to acquaint citizens with members of each depart- <br />ment, and to familiarize citizens with various special programs <br />sponsored by each department on an on-going basis. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, ]['ET IT BE RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Louisville, Colorado, that Sunday, May 18, 1980, is <br />hereby proclaimed as "Public Safety Day" in conjunction with the <br />open house to be held by the Louisville Fire Protection District <br />and the Louisville Police Department. <br /> <br />Dated the 6th day of May, 1980. <br /> <br /> <br />/jko91: il <br />" /,.
