He explained that several individuals in attendance <br />questioned why the City hasn't distributed the pamphlet, although it is available at City <br />Hall for anyone to pick up. The information is scheduled to be included in the community <br />newsletter that will be mailed in December. He suggested that the information should be <br />distributed earlier than December and asked staff if it could be included in the next water <br />bill cycle. He explained that including the pamphlet in the water bills would incur <br />additional postage costs for the City and requested Council's support to authorize that <br />expense. <br /> <br />Davidson called for any objections to Keany's suggestion. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Howard asked what the cost would be. <br /> <br />Lathrop replied that there would be an additional postage expense. <br /> <br />Keany stated that including the pamphlet would not change the postage expense, as it <br />would not cause the bills to exceed the thirty-three cent weight limit. The pamphlet <br />would create additional folding and inserting into envelopes. <br /> <br />Council agreed with Keany's suggestion. <br /> <br />Mayer reported that the Boulder County Recycling & Composting Authority has <br />tentatively set a groundbreaking for the new recycling facility for November 15, America <br />Recycles Day, and invitations would be going out in the mail soon. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Sisk moved that Council adjourn (7:45 p.m.), seconded by Keany.
