<br />to work with Superior's duly authorized representatives to determine if there is a way to <br />gather any data that is currently unavailable; <br /> c. Within thirty (30) days of execution of this Agreement, provide Superior <br />with the approved 2007 budget and financial reports generated within the current <br />operation of the Louisville Library, including if available the approximate cost for the <br />Children's, Bedtime, Holiday, Literacy and Writer's Festival programs; and <br /> d. Provide Superior with a copy of the library operating budget for 2008 as <br />soon as that budget is finalized and approved by the City Council, and also provide <br />copies of any "working copies" of such budget to Superior at the time they are made <br />available to the public. <br />3. No Contingency. The 2007 Contribution and 2008 Contribution are not <br />contingent on any specific result or final agreement that mayor may not result from the library <br />task force discussions described in Paragraphs 4 and 5 below. <br /> , <br />4. Joint Librarv Task Force. The Parties agree to create a joint library task force <br />("Library Task Force"), including an equal number of elected officials and staff from each of <br />Superior and Louisville, to serve as an advisory group to study the following: <br /> a. The data and other information described in Paragraph 2, above, to <br />determine the Louisville Library usage patterns of Superior's and other jurisdictions' <br />residents; <br /> b. The appropriate cost allocation methodology to determine the operational <br />burden on Louisville caused by Superior's and other jurisdictions' residents using the <br />Louisville library; <br /> c. Applying the agreed-upon cost allocation methodology, whether it is <br />appropriate to modify the 2008 Contribution; <br /> d. The structure and terms, if at all, of a longer term library facilities sharing <br />agreement between the Parties, including whether any such agreement should provide <br />for: <br /> 1. Supplemental facilities required to better serve residents of <br /> Superior; <br /> 11. Capital structure for financing and operating any additional library <br /> facilities; and <br /> 111. Other opportunities and arrangements that may exist to provide <br /> joint library services to the citizens of Louisville and Superior. <br />5.
