<br />Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />MARCH 8, 2007 <br />Page 4 of 8 <br /> <br />Lipton stated the Comp Plan increase was only so the City could obtain the west side of the <br />subject property as open space. He is uneasy about time lapse. He requested that staff brief the <br />City Council of the procedure concerns identified by the Commission. <br /> <br />Deborski stated if the PUD plan worked previously then it should work now.
