RESOLUTION NO. 24 <br /> SERIES 2011 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING UTILITY BILLING AND COLLECTION <br /> PROCEDURES PERTAINING TO PAYMENT EXTENSION PLANS AND <br /> WATER SERVICE LEAK CREDITS <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approved Ordinance 1593, Series 2011, on <br /> March 15, 2011, which authorizes payment extension plans when in full <br /> compliance with written rules, policies, and procedures promulgated by the <br /> Director of Finance; and <br /> WHEREAS, Ordinance 1593, Series 2011, also authorizes water service <br /> leak credits when in full compliance with written rules, policies, and procedures <br /> promulgated by the Director of Finance; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Director of Finance wishes to formally establish the rules, <br /> policies, and procedures necessary to implement payment extension plans and <br /> to continue the process of granting water service leak credits. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> SECTION 1. The Statement of Departmental Policy and Procedure for <br /> Utility Payment Extension Plans, which is attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein by this reference, is hereby adopted. <br /> SECTION 2.
