New cameras for the City Council Chambers have been <br />ordered. Police Chief Goodman will assist in the placement of security cameras <br />throughout the City Hall building. The Building Safety Department is working on <br />the energy efficiency of the City Hall for Xcel Energy rebates. <br />Interim City Manager Balser announced the Historic Preservation Commission <br />will conduct a public hearing on April 18, on a demolition permit for the 1932 <br />Water Treatment Building. She introduced Janet Harrison, who is assisting the <br />City as a temporary Administrative Assistant for the City Managers office. <br /> REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> PROCLAMATION - NATIONAL LIBRARY WEEK <br />Mayor Sisk read the proclamation, which proclaimed April 15 - 21,2007, as <br />National Library Week in the City of Louisville. He presented the proclamation to <br />Board of Library Trustees President Eileen Patrick. Ms. Patrick thanked Council <br />for supporting the Library. <br />Library Director Anne Mojo outlined the scheduled events at the Louisville Public <br />Library during National Library Week: <br />
