<br />ORDINANCE NO. 1273 <br />Series 1997 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE INCREASING WATER AND SEWER TAP FEES IN THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE, COLORADO. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in order to keep pace with inflation and the rising costs of providing water <br />and sewer services, City staff has recommended an increase of approximately three and four-tenths <br />percent (3.4%) in City water and sewer tap fees, commencing January 1, 1998; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado, has determined that <br />an increase in the water and sewer tap fees charged by the City is necessary to adequately finance <br />the services provided by the City's water and sewer activity enterprises. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCn.. OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVn..LE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />Section 1.
