<br />DENIED AT SECOND AND FINAL READING JUNE 17, 1997 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1260 <br />SERIES 1997 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 17 OF THE LOUISVILLE <br />MUNICIPAL CODE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY REZONING CERTAIN <br />PROPERTY OWNED BY BOULDER COUNTY LAND VENTURE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an application to rezone certain property, described in Section 1 of this <br />ordinance, and known as the Boulder County Land Venture Rezoning, was filed with the City <br />Council of the City of Louisville; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said property was annexed to the City by ordinance; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council provided notice of the public hearing on said rezoning <br />by publication as provided by law; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the landowners of said property requested in the application to rezone the <br />subject property from the I - Industrial, and CB - Commercial Business zoning classification to <br />the SF-E - Single Family Estate, zoning classification; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Louisville Planning Commission has held a public hearing on the <br />rezoning application and has forwarded its recommendation to the City Council, and the City <br />Council has duly considered the commissions recommendation; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />Section 1.
