Current month expense includes $649 to replace a <br />refrigerator. <br />See attached listing of non- routine maintenance through August. <br />General expenses are $559 under budgeted expense to date. There were no bad debt write offs. <br />East Street Limited Partnership Financial Statements <br />Rental income is under budget by 2% or $2,053 for the period ending August 2011. There is currently <br />one vacant unit at this site. <br />Other income is 82% or $3,900 less than budget. <br />Total administrative expenses are under budget by $99. <br />Total utility expenses are 3% or $282 less than budget. <br />Maintenance salaries and contract expense are 35% or $4,654 more than budget to date.
