He explained the City <br />of Lafayette has reviewed the IGA amendment, however the City and County of <br />Broomfield has not and therefore, Staff requests a continuance to March 20, <br />2007. Richard Lopez, Counsel for the Hoyle family supports the continuance. <br /> <br />MOTION: Mayor Sisk moved Ordinance No. 1456, Series 2004 be continued to <br />March 20, 2007, seconded by Council member Clabots. All in favor.
