All in favor. Absent: Mayor Pro Tem <br />Brown. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE No. 145ti, SERIES 2004 - AN ORDINANCE ZONING <br />PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE HOYLE PROPERTY - 2nd reading - public <br />hearing/Staff recommends continuance to 3/20/07 <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk requested a City Attorney introduction. <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk opened the public: hearing. <br /> <br />City Attorney Light read Ordinance No. 1456, Series 2004. He explained the City <br />of Lafayette has reviewed the IGA amendment, however the City and County of <br />Broomfield has not and therefore, Staff requests a continuance to March 20, <br />2007. Richard Lopez, Counsel for the Hoyle family supports the continuance. <br /> <br />MOTION: Mayor Sisk moved Ordinance No. 1456, Series 2004 be continued to <br />March 20, 2007, seconded by Council member Clabots. All in favor. Absent: <br />Mayor Pro Tem Brown. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE No. 1510, SERIES 2007 - AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br />INDUSTRIAL PRETREATMENT LEGAL AUTHORITY AND DEFINITIONS <br />UNDER SEWER USE REGULATIONS, CHAPTER 13.32, SECTION 13.32.020, <br />13.32.040, 13.32.050, 13.3~!.060, 13.32.070, 13.32.080, 13.32.090, 13.32.105, <br />13.32.130 AND 13.32.180, CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO - 2nd reading - <br />public hearin!9 (advertised Daily Camera 2/10/07) <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk requested a City Attorney introduction. <br /> <br />City Attorney Light read Ordinance No. 1510, Series 2007. <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk opened the public hearing and requested a Staff presentation. <br /> <br />Public Works Director Phare explained under the directive and requirement of <br />EPA regulatory authority and to comply with newly revised definitions in the Code <br />of Federal Regulations, streamlining requirements and legal authority updates to <br />the Industrial Pretreatment Rules and Regulations require the City to make <br />
