He reported on the <br />Transportation Summit to be convened by Governor Ritter on Wednesday, April <br />5. He and Interim City Manager Balser will attend the meeting. <br /> <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br /> <br />Interim City Manager Balser reported on the following: <br />· April 5, 2007 - Office, Industrial and Mixed Use Retail Roundtable <br />discussion will be held in the City Council Chambers at 7:00 p.m. <br />· The Louisville Public Library will be closed during the Memorial Day <br />Weekend from Saturday May 26 through Monday May 28 for a collection <br />inventory. <br />· April 1 0,2007 - Study SE3ssion Agenda Items: Discussion with the Senior <br />Advisory Board, Discuss on the Colorado Wireless Communities IGA, and <br />an Update from the Public Works Department on the proposed summer <br />roadwork projects and costs. <br />· April 11, 2007 - The Louisville Recreation and Senior Services <br />Department in conjunction with Boulder County Aging Services will receive <br />an award from DRCOG for their meal site program at the Recreation <br />Center. <br /> <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION - ARBOR DAY 2007 <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk read the proclamation, which proclaimed Saturday April 28, 2007 as <br />Arbor Day in Louisville. <br />
