He explained an <br />amendment to the Northwest Parkway Agreement has been negotiated to <br />provide an Industrial zoning designation for the Hoyle property. Boulder County <br />and the City of Lafayette have~ approved the IGA amendment. The City of <br />Broomfield has scheduled the!ir review of the IGA Amendment for May 14. Staff <br />requested the ordinance be continued to May 15, 2007. <br /> <br />City Attorney Light addressed Ordinance No. 1518, Series 2007, which is the first <br />reading of an ordinance desi~lnating an Industrial zoning for the Hoyle property. <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk opened the public: hearing and requested an Applicant presentation. <br /> <br />Mr. Richard Lopez, 4450 Arapahoe, Boulder, CO, representing the Hoyle Family <br />Trust, stated the IGA amendment has been approved by Boulder County and the <br />City of Lafayette, and awaitin!~ the City of Broomfield's approval. He supported <br />continuing Ordinance No. 14~)6, Series 2004 and requested Council approve <br />Ordinance No. 1518, Series ~~007 on first reading. <br /> <br />MOTION: Mayor Sisk moved to continue Ordinance No. 1456, Series 2004 to <br />May 15, 2007, seconded by Council member Muckle. All in favor.
