Notices to the Lead Agency shall be sent to: Housing and <br />Community Development Program Manager, City of Boulder Housing and Human <br />Services, 1101 Arapahoe Avenue:, Second Floor, PO Box 791, Boulder, CO,80306. <br /> <br />Co Termination Notices. Tennination notices, if any, shall be sent .by any non- <br />renewing member jurisdiction to the Lead Agency 60 days prior to the end of the federal <br />fiscal year (which is the calendar year), or by October 31 of each year. <br /> <br />d. Execution. This Agreem'mt shalJ be executed by the appropriate officers of each <br />Participating Govenunent and the: Lead Agency pursuant to authority granted them by <br />their respective governing bodies" and a copy of the authorizing resolution and executed <br />Agreement shall be filed promptly at the offices of the Lead Agency. <br /> <br />e. Lead Agency. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the Lead Agency is <br />authorized to act in a representative capacity for an of the Participating Govcnunents for <br />the pwpose oftbe Act, and the Le:ad Agencf assumes overall responsibility for ensuring <br />that the Consortium's HOME Program is carried out in compliance with the Act including <br />requirements concerning a ConsoHdated Plan. <br /> <br />f. Conlolidated PIaD. The Lead Agency and Participating Governments shall <br />cooperate in the implementation of the HOME Program and shall cooperate in the <br />preparation of the Consolidated Plan by providing funds for the development of the <br />Consolidated Plan, by providing input to the Plan, and by holding any required public <br />meetings during the preparation of the Plan Each Participating Government must fulJy <br />approv~ each Consolidated Plan u)r such Plan to be considered to be approved and ready <br />for submission to BUD. <br /> <br />g. AUoeaUng HOME Program funding. Each Participating Government and the <br />Lead Agency shall receive a fixed percentage of the HOME funds based on the fonnula <br />and percentages as currently provided by HUD to the Lead Agency, or as amended by <br />HUD in subsequent years (2008, 2009) of this Agreement. The percentages and annual <br />funding levels set out below repn~sent the Lead Agency's current level of funding and <br />estimate of annual funding to each Participating Government. The estimated annual <br />funding will be adjusted according to actual funding allocated by HUD using the same <br />percentages set forth below. <br /> <br />Funds wjJJ be allocated as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />Percenta e of Total <br />50% <br />23% <br />20% <br />7% . <br /> <br />Annual allocations will be detcnnined by multiplying the tota] annual Consortium <br />allocation by the Participating Gov1emments' and Lead Agency's percentage of funds. <br />
