Execution. Conlolidated PIaD. The Lead Agency and Participating Governments shall <br />cooperate in the implementation of the HOME Program and shall cooperate in the <br />preparation of the Consolidated Plan by providing funds for the development of the <br />Consolidated Plan, by providing input to the Plan, and by holding any required public <br />meetings during the preparation of the Plan Each Participating Government must fulJy <br />approv~ each Consolidated Plan u)r such Plan to be considered to be approved and ready <br />for submission to BUD. <br /> <br />g. AUoeaUng HOME Program funding. Each Participating Government and the <br />Lead Agency shall receive a fixed percentage of the HOME funds based on the fonnula <br />and percentages as currently provided by HUD to the Lead Agency, or as amended by <br />HUD in subsequent years (2008, 2009) of this Agreement. The percentages and annual <br />funding levels set out below repn~sent the Lead Agency's current level of funding and <br />estimate of annual funding to each Participating Government.
