SELECTION OF MAYOR PRO-TEM <br /> <br />Mayer moved that Council select Chuck Sisk as Mayor Pro-tem, seconded by Keany. <br />All in favor. Roll call vote: Keany - yes, Mayer - yes, Davidson - yes, Brown - yes, <br />Sisk - yes. All in favor. <br /> <br />ELECTED CITY OFFICIALS - OATH OF OFFICE - BY JUDGE JOHN <br />STAVELY <br /> <br />Judge John Stavely administered the oath of office to Nancy Varra - City Clerk, and <br />William Hesson - City Treasurer. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENTS OF CITY OFFICIALS - OATH OF OFFICE - BY JUDGE <br />JOHN STAVELY <br /> <br />Sisk moved that Council appoint the law firm ofGriffiths, Tanoue, & Light as City <br />Attorneys, with Sam Light as primary lead counsel, the law firm ofVranesh & Raisch, as <br />Water Attorneys, with Mike Shimmin as primary lead counsel, the law firm of <br />Rautenstraus & Joss as Prosecuting Attorneys, with Bruce Joss as the primary counsel, <br />and John Barrett as Associate Judge, seconded by Mayer. Roll call vote: Keany - yes, <br />Sisk - yes, Brown - yes, Mayer - yes, Davidson - yes. All in favor. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENTS TO CITY COMMITTEES <br />(See attached appointment list.) <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Sisk moved that Council adjourn, seconded by Keany.
