<br />landowners, owners of any easement, or the owners <br />of any franchise adjoining any platted street or <br />alley which is to be annexed to the City of <br />Louisville but is not bounded on both sides by the <br />City of Louisville. <br /> <br />3. Copies of an annexation map of the area proposed to be <br />annexed are on file with the City. <br /> <br />4. Upon the annexation ordinance becoming effective, all <br />lands within the area proposed to be annexed will become <br />subject to all ordinances, resolutions, rules, and <br />regulations of the City of Louisville, except that <br />general property taxes of the City of Louisville, if <br />applicable, shall become effective as of the January I <br />next ensuing. <br /> <br />5. No election for annexation of the area proposed to be <br />annexed has been held in the preceding twelve months, and <br />no election is required under ~~31-12-107(2) or -112, <br />C.R.S. <br /> <br />6. No additional terms and conditions are to be imposed upon <br />the annexation. <br /> <br />7. The City of Louisville is the sole owner of the area <br />proposed to be annexed. <br /> <br />8. The area proposed to be annexed does not consist solely <br />of a public street or right-of-way. <br /> <br />9. The annexation is in compliance with Article II, Section <br />30 of the Colorado Constitution and ~31-12-106(3), C.R.S. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this <br /> <br />/9 !!:day of <br /> <br />{? <br /> <br /> <br />1997. <br />
