<br />SECTION 10. Violations and punishment. It shall be unlawful <br /> <br />for any person to violate any provision or to fail to comply with any <br /> <br />of the requirements of this code. Any person who shall violate any <br /> <br />of the provisions of this code I shall be punishable by a fine of not <br /> <br />more than three hundred dollars or by imprisonment for a period of not <br /> <br />more than ninety days or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each <br /> <br />such person shall be guilty of a separate offense for each and every <br /> <br />day during any portion of which any violation of any provisions of <br /> <br />this code is committed, continued, or permitted by such person and <br /> <br />shall be punished accordingly. In addition to the penalties herein- <br /> <br />above provided, any condition caused or permitted to exist in viola- <br /> <br />tion of any of the provision of this code shall be deemed a public <br /> <br />nuisance and may be, by this City summarily abated as such I and <br /> <br />each day that such condition continues shall be regarded as a new <br /> <br />and separate offense. <br /> <br />SECTION 11. Penalty sections of the code. The following <br /> <br />sections of the code adopted by this ordinance are penalty sections, <br /> <br />and said penalty sections are hereinafter set forth in full and reenacted <br /> <br />according to CRS 1975 31-16-204: <br /> <br />1. 28.010 General Penalty. A. No person shall violate any of the <br />provisions of the ordinances of the city. Except in cases where a <br />different punishment is prescribed by any ordinance of the city I any <br />person who violates any of the provisions of the ordinances of the city <br />shall be punished by a fine of not more than three hundred dollars or by <br />imprisonment not to exceed ninety days, or both such fine and imprison- <br />ment. B. Each such person shall be guilty of a separate offense for <br />each and every day during any portion of which any violation of any <br />provision of the ordinances of the city is committed, continued or per- <br />mitted by any such person I and he shall be punished accordingly. <br /> <br />3 .20.240 Violation - Penalty. Any person convicted of violating <br />any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punished as provided in <br />Section 1.28.010. <br /> <br />5.12.350 Violation - Penalty. A. It shall be unlawful for any <br />person to erect, construct, enlarge, alter, repair I move, improve 0 <br />convert, demolish, equip, use, occupy, or maintain any building or <br />structure in the city I or to cause the same to be done I contrary to or <br />in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter. Any person violating <br />any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a violation <br />of this chapter and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section <br />1.280010. B. The suspension of revocation of any license, permit, or <br />privilege conferred by the city shall not be deemed a penalty for the <br />purposes of this section., <br /> <br />-4- <br />
