Councilor Sackett requested <br /> Consent Agenda Item 4E — "Approve the SH 42 Walkway and Retaining Wall Project", <br /> be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed on the Regular Business Agenda for <br /> discussion. Mayor Sisk placed Consent Agenda Item 4E on the Regular Business <br /> Agenda as 8C1 after the 2012 Budget Presentation. He called for other changes and <br /> hearing none, moved to approve the agenda, as amended. Mayor Pro Tern Marsella <br /> seconded the motion. All were in favor. Approve Cancellation of the November 8, 2011 City Council Study <br /> Session <br /> • PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> Alan Sobel, 1408 Kennedy Avenue, Louisville, CO continued the filibuster he began on <br /> April 6, 2010. It was his perception the Louisville City officials refused to notify Louisville <br /> residents of their rights and of Comcast obligations under the Cable Customer Service <br /> Standards ordinance. Comcast refused to comply with the Cable Customer Service <br /> Standards ordinance and the City officials refused to enforce the ordinance. He stated <br /> elected officials are accountable to the voters for their actions, but the Louisville City <br /> Officials have adopted a "Code of Silence". He announced he would stand in witness to <br /> the City Council's disrespect for their offices, rule of law, the political process in the City, <br /> the Country and for their constituents, the Louisville citizens. <br /> COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br /> AGENDA <br /> No comments. <br /> CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br /> City Manager Fleming updated Council of the progress of the 2011 (CIP) Capital <br /> Improvement Projects. Many of the projects are complete, some will be completed by <br /> the end of the year and the following two key projects have been delayed: 1) the <br /> • McCaslin and Dillon Intersection Project and 2) the City Shops (City Services Facility) <br /> Project. <br />
