RESOLUTION NO. 20 SERIES 1978 A resolution by the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado, directing the city administrator to procede with certain new sidewalk improvemE~nts within the City. WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that a number of sidewalk improvements are necessary at this time as follows: 1. Adjacent to Lot 6, Block 9, Fischer Subdivision, along the west side of Lincoln Avenue and the north side of Lafayette Street. 2. Adjacent to Lots 97 through 108, Block 5, Nicola DiGiacomo Addition, along the west side of Lincoln Avenue and the south side of Lafayette Street. 3. Adjacent to Lot 10, Block I, Corrigan Addition, along the south side of Pine Street. 4. Adjacent to Lot 20, Block II, Louisville Heights, along the southeast corner of Pine Street and McKinley Avenue. 5. Adjacent to Lot 12, Block 4, Capitol Hill, along the south side of Short Street. 6. Adj acent to Lot I, Block 5, Capitol Hill, along the north side of Short Street. 7. Adjacent to Lots 12, Block 8, Fischer Subdivision, along the south side of Griffith Street. 8. Adj acent to Lots 7 through 12, Block 6 and Lots 2 and 3, Block I, Fischer Subdivision, along the west side of Jefferson Avenue. 9. Adjacent to High School Addition along the east side of Jefferson Avenue from Sunset Drive to Lafayette Street and on the north side of Lafayette Street from Jefferson Avenue to LaFarge Avenue. WHEREAS, it has been determined that an order shall issue to the city administrator for the completion of said improvements. NOW THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED that the city administrator is hereby ordered to procede with the sidewalk improvements as out- lined herein and that the city administrator shall immediately notify all property owners involved as set out by the Louisville Municipal Code.
