" RESOLUTION NO. 26 Series 1978 A resolution disapproving the Special Review Use Application for certain property situated at 1006 Pine Street, Louisville, Colorado. vJHEREAS, a special review use. application has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Conrrnission to provide for the con- struction and operation of an outdoor beer garden at the above referenced property, and; WHEREAS, said application and included site plan and de- velopment time schedulE! have been reviewed by City staff and the Planning Commission and have been determined to be in compliance with the general and specific criteria of the Louisville Muni- cipal Code, and; ~..JHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing con- cerning said application, the Planning Conrrnission has determined that said application is incompatible with surrounding residen- tial land uses in that the activity would provide for increased noise, light and on-street parking, is therefore unacceptable as submitted and disapproved the application and reconrrnended disapproval to City COtmcil, and; WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Louisville has reviewed the application, the Planning Conrrnission public hearing testimony, Planning COTIEission Resolution No. 21, Series 1978 and has heard additional comments from interested parties in- cluding the revision to the Special Review Use application and has determined that the activity as revised is incompatible with surrounding land uses. NOT, THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado, does hereby disapprove the above referenced Special Review Use application Passed and adopted this 15th day of August, 1978 ~4'~dl Mayor ATTEST: Lzl~ City Clerk
