<br />this Ordinance provided that no tree shall be displayed within a <br />vision clearance area. <br /> <br />(8) Contractors' office quarters and equipment sheds accessory <br />to a construction project, and to continue only during the duration <br />of such project. <br /> <br />(C) Real estate offices incidental to new housing developments <br />to continue only until the sale or lease of all lots in the <br />development, but not exceeding one year and subject to renewal <br />under the discretion of the City Administrator. <br /> <br />Section 4-121. Church sites <br /> <br />Church sites must be a minimum of three (3) acres in size. <br />In residential districts minimum front yard and rear yard <br />setback for the pri nc i pa 1 structure shall be forty (40) feet; <br />the minimum side yard setback shall be twenty-five (25) feet. <br /> <br />Section 4-122. Salvage (,Junk) Yards, Kennels and Feedlots <br /> <br />Salvage junk yards and kennels shall be located a minimum of 660 <br />feet from any residential district. Feedlots shall not be permitted. <br /> <br />Section 16. Section 5-101, Louisville Zoning Ordinance, is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 5-101. Off-Street Parking <br /> <br />At the time of '.erection of a new structure or at the time of <br />enlargement or change in use of an existing structure within any <br />district in the City, off-street parking spaces shall be as pro- <br />vided in this section. If parking space has been provided in <br />connection with an existing use or is added to an existing use, <br />the parking space shall not be eliminated if elimination would <br />result in less space than is required by Section 5-101(A) through <br />5-101(G). Where square feet are specified, the area measured <br />shall be the floor area primary to the functioning of the particu- <br />lar use of property and shall exclude stairwells; elevator <br />shafts; hallways; ornamental balconies; space occupied by heat- <br />ing, air conditioning or other utility equipment; and space <br />devoted to off-street parking or loading. The number of em- <br />ployees of a new or expanding business shall be estimated in a <br />manner approved by the Planning Commission and the number of <br />employees of an established business shall be determined from <br />an examination of employment information presented by applicants. <br />Uses in the area desiqnated as the Central Business District shall <br />be exempt from the requirements of this section. <br /> <br />-10- <br />
