<br />At the hearing, a party may appear in person or by agent or <br />attorney. The Board may affirm, reverse (wholly or partly), or <br />may modify the olrder, requirement, decision or determination <br />appealed any may make such order, requirement, decision or <br />determination as in their opinion ought to be made in the <br />premises, and to that end shall have all powers of the officer <br />from whom the appeal is taken.1I <br /> <br />Section 28. Section 8-103(J)(2) of the Louisville Zoning Ordinance <br />is amended to read: <br /> <br />IISection 8-103(J)(2) <br />No sign shall be located in any vision clearance area.1I <br /> <br />Section 20. Sections 8-105(E)(4) and 8-105(H) of the Louisville <br />Zoning Ordinance are amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />IISection 8-105(E)(4) <br />Real estate signs: Five (5) square feet, provided that one <br />sign not more than one hundred (100) square feet in area <br />announcing the sale of lots and/or houses in a subdivision <br />may be located on such development. Such signs shall be <br />removed when all of the lots and/or houses in the subdivision <br />have been sold.1I <br /> <br />IISection 8-105(H) <br />III umination. NIO si gn shall be ill umi nated between 11: 00 <br />p.m. and 6:30 a.m. except that identification and bulletin <br />board signs may be indirectly illuminated with incande- <br />scent or flourescent light between the hours of 11:00 p.m. <br />and 6:30 a.m. <br /> <br />Section 30. Three (3) for each permitted use.1I <br /> <br />IISection 8-107(G) <br />Required Setback. Ground signs: Fifteen (15) feet from the <br />front line. Hall, window.~ and arcaee signs:.Sa~e.a.6' per.mdtted <br />uses, provided, however, that signs may project .~o (2) feet <br />and provided further that a sign that exceeds one hundred <br />(100) square feet in gross surface area shall maintain the <br />same setback that is required for principal structures.1I <br /> <br />Section 31. Sections 8-108 (B) and (0) of the Louisville Zoning <br />Ordinance are amended to read: <br /> <br />IISection 8-108(B) <br />Permitted Contents. Identification by letter, numeral, symbol, <br />or design of the permitted use by name, use, hours of operation, <br />services and products offered, events.1I <br /> <br />IISection 8-108(0) <br />Number of Signs Permitted.
