<br />STATE OF COLORADO <br /> <br />]I <br />]I <br />]I <br />) <br />) <br /> <br />SSe <br /> <br />NO-LITIGATION CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />COUNTY OF BOULDER <br /> <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br /> <br />The undersigned officers of the City of Louisville, <br />Boulder County, Colorado, being at the date of this Certificate <br />about to issue that certain series of negotiable coupon Sewer <br />Revenue Bonds, dated December 1, 1975, in the principal amount <br />of $280,000, for the purpose of improving and extending the <br />municipal sanitary sewer system of the City of Louisville, and <br />being about to reCeiVE! the consideration therefor, hereby <br />certify as follows: <br />1. That no litigation of any nature is now pending <br />or threatened, so far as is known to the undersigned, restrain- <br />ing or enjoining the issuance or delivery of said bonds, or in <br />any manner questioning the authority or proceedings for the <br />issuance of the bonds, or the validity thereof. That no <br />litigation is now pending or threatened relating to the pledge <br />of and lien on the net income and revenue of the sewer system <br />of the City, or in any manner questioning the authority or <br />validity of any resolution or ordinance of the. City which <br />imposes rates and charges for sanitary sewer service. <br />2. That neither the corporate existence of the City, <br />the present boundaries of the City, nor the rights of the <br />officers of the City to hold their respective offices, is <br />being contested or challenged. <br />3. That no authority or proceedings for the issuance <br />of said bonds has or have been repealed, revoked or rescinded; <br />4. That the Sewer Revenue Bonds, dated December 1, <br />1975, have not been heretofore issued under or pursuant to <br />such proceedings; <br />5.
