Applications received for licenses on or after June 30 of the Fiscal year shall be charged 50% of the yearly fee. Applications for registration by electrical contractors will be charged the full registration fee throughout the fiscal year. (b) The holder of one license shall be charged one-half of the license fee for each additional license required by him under this division. The annual fee shal be in addition to the application fee prescribed in this division. ..6-
