C C G C P L R M P S <br />OALREEKOLFOURSERELIMINARYOMGANGEASTERLANTUDY <br />S <br />UMMARY <br />B <br />ased on our observations and review of the golf course, the prim <br />Creek Golf Course is the negative impact that trees are having o <br />quality and safety. <br />The key components of this renovation would include 1.) tree rem <br />to improve turf quality and playability, 2.) a comprehensive bun <br />the visual character and playability of the golf course, 3.) the <br />system to improve turf quality <br />and playing conditions. <br />Even a moderate investment <br />directed at improving course <br />conditioning should assist <br />in providing increased value <br />as compared to other areas <br />courses. In addition, the course <br />should beneĀ t from having the <br />ability to attract an increased <br />number of corporate outings, <br />tournaments and fundraising <br />events.
