Sisk stated that his intent was that the access would be required in addition to the in-lieu <br />payment as proposed by the applicant. <br /> <br />It was offered as a friendly amendment that the first phrase in Condition No. 4., which <br />reads "If Tract A is accepted as a public use dedication," be omitted. <br /> <br />The friendly amendment was accepted by Sisk and by Howard. <br /> <br />Roll call vote was taken.
