ORDINfu~CE NO. 336 AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, ON PETITION OF BOLlJ,DER VALLEY S0100L DISTRICT NO. Re2 CERTAIN PROPEHTY SITUATED IN THE SOlJfH HALF OF THE SOlJfHWEST OUARTER OF SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP I SOUTH, RAr-;GE 69 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., COUNTY OF BOULDER, STATE OF COLORADO WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Louisvi lle, Colorado FINDS: THAT a petition by Boulder Valley School District No. Re2 proposing to annex to the City of Louisville the territory hereinafter described, was filed with the Council on the 18th day of June, 1963, and was accepted by resolution of said Council on the 2nd day of July, 1963; THAT said petition was properly signed by the required numbers of properly qualified persons, that said petition and the maps and documents attached thereto meet the reouirements for the same as provided by law, and that all other requi rements for said annexation have been met and complied with>> THAT notice of said netition has been published as required by law; THAT thirty days has elapsed since the first nublica tion of said notice; and THAT no counter petitic'n has been filed, as required by lav.r or otherwise. NOW THEREFORE, TI-IE CITY OF LOUISVILLE ORDAINS: Section 1. THAT said annexation to the City of LouisvilJe of the follow- ing described territory, situated in the County of EOlllder,State of Colorado, be and it is hereby approved, to-wit: The North 566 feet of the East 79443 feet of the South 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 8, Township I South, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M.
