Bruce Joss swore in Robert Muckle to the office of Mayor, <br /> Hank Dalton to the office of City Council for Ward Ill, Jay Keany to the office of City <br /> • Council for Ward I and Susan Loo to the office of City Council for Ward II. <br /> TEN MINUTE RECESS — RECEPTION <br /> Mayor Sisk passed the gavel to Mayor Muckle. After the swearing in, Mayor Muckle <br /> announced a brief recess for a reception honoring the new Mayor and Council members <br /> at 07:06 p.m. The City Council meeting reconvened at 7:30 p.m. <br /> Mayor Muckle gave a brief speech thanking outgoing Mayor and Council and <br /> recognized all the candidates participating in the election.
