<br />Louisville City Council Meeting <br />March 1, 2005 <br />Page 9 of 12 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO.8, SERIES 2005 - A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2005 <br />BUDGET BY INCREASING APPROPRIATIONS IN THE NORTHWEST <br />P ARKW A Y FUND, CONSERVATION TRUST - LAND ACQUISITION FUND, <br />CONSERVATION TRUST - LOTTERY FUND, CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND <br />AND WATER & WASTEWATER FUND FOR THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, <br />COLORADO - (advertised Daily Camera 2/26/05) <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk requested a Staff presentation. <br /> <br />Finance Director Patty Leslie reported Resolution No.8, Series 2005, authorizes a <br />supplemental appropriation to the 2005 budget for projects that were in progress in each <br />of the funds in 2004 but not completed. The supplemental appropriation for each fund is <br />to carryover the encumbrances or commitments for the completion of the scheduled <br />projects. There were no comments. <br /> <br />MOTION: Council member Marsella moved for Council approval of Resolution No.8, <br />Series 2005, seconded by Council member Brown. Roll call vote was taken. The motion <br />carried by a vote of7-0. <br /> <br />AWARD BID - LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES CONTRACT <br />RENEWAL WITH TRUGREEN LAND CARE <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk requested a Staff presentation. <br /> <br />Land Management Director Cindy Lair explained in 2004, the City awarded the <br />Landscape Maintenance Services contract to the lowest bidder, TruGreen Landcare. <br />According to the 2004 bid manual, under Term of Agreement, at the end of the season the <br />City will evaluate the contractor's performance and at its discretion, may choose to award <br /> <br />9 <br />
