RESOLUTION NO. 01, <br />SERIES 2012 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FOLLOWING <br />LOCATIONS AS THE OFFICIAL LOCATIONS FOR THE <br />POSTING OF PUBLIC NOTICE OF ALL 2012 LOUISVILLE <br />BUILDING CODE BOARD OF APPEALSMEETINGS <br />The Lobby of City Hall, 749 Main Street <br />The Louisville Public Library Bulletin Board, 951 Spruce Street <br />The Louisville Recreation Center, 900 West Via Appia <br />The Police / Municipal Court building, 992 Via Appia <br />The City of Louisville website, www.LouisvilleCO.gov <br /> WHEREAS, <br />Senate Bill 91-33 requires that all local public bodies <br />designate a public place or places where public notice of public meetings will be <br />posted, with said designation being made at the first regular meeting of that body <br />in each calendar year; and <br />WHEREAS, <br />the City’s Home Rule Charter requires additional locations for <br />the posting of public notice of City Council meetings and by extension, it is the <br />recommendation of Staff that the Building Code Board of Appeals adopt the <br />same standard for posting of public notice of their meetings; and <br />WHEREAS, <br /> the Building Code Board of Appeals has reviewed the <br />recommended locations for the posting of public notice and finds them to be <br />consistent with State Statutes, Municipal Code and the Louisville Home Rule <br />Charter. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED <br />that the Building Code Board of <br />Appeals of the City of Louisville, Colorado does hereby designate the following <br />public places for the posting of notices for all public meetings of the Building <br />Code Board of Appeals in 2012. <br />The Lobby of City Hall, 749 Main Street <br />The Louisville Public Library Bulletin Board, 951 Spruce Street <br />The Louisville Recreation Center, 900 West Via Appia <br />The Louisville Police / Municipal Court building, 992 Via Appia <br />The City of Louisville website, www.LouisvilleCO.gov <br />th <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED <br /> this 9 day of February 2012. <br />By: _________________________ <br />Robert Van Pelt, Chairman <br />Building Code Board of Appeals <br />Attest: _____________________________ <br /> Matthew K Berry, Vice-Chair <br /> Building Code Board of Appeals <br /> <br />
