Other uses in the metro area have included automotive, medical offices, family recreation, <br />discount centers like Goodwill, residential. Someone asked if there was any interest in Wal-Mart <br />re-opening with its new grocery concept. . A grocer is prohibited by the covenants. One member <br />asked if BRaD would support the U-Haul use if it showed interest today (the answer was still “no”). <br />In response to a question, we discussed the normal clause in Wal-Mart’s real estate contract <br />requiring a 60-day close.
