Louisville City Council Meeting <br />July 5, 2000 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON <br /> THE AGENDA. <br /> <br />Sisk thanked Elle Cabbage and the many volunteers for their efforts in making the <br />Fourth of July Celebration such a success. <br /> <br />Levihn stated that he had spoken to police officers who reported that the crowd was very <br />well behaved. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 35, SERIES 2000 - A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL <br />PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND SPECIAL REVIEW USE FOR A NEW <br />OFFICE BUILDING, 1314 MAIN STREET (continued from 6/20/00) <br /> <br />Davidson reviewed that at the last meeting he suggested the applicant meet with the <br />LFPD to determine if a compromise could be reached on the use of the driveway. He <br />stated that the efforts were not successful. At the June 20, 2000 meeting the public <br />hearing closed with a motion before Council. The motion, as amended, is as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Conditions one through six as written in Resolution No. 35, Series 2000 with the <br />exception that condition number five be replaced with the following: "The <br />applicant shall grant the City a license to use a 8" wide portion of the property <br />located at southern most portion of the property for construction and <br />egress/ingress purposes. The applicant shall also convey the right of ingress and <br />egress to the Louisville Fire Protection District." <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Additional conditions as contained in the March 8, 2000 letter from the Louisville <br />Fire Protection to include; <br />a. The driveway be widened to a total of 35' and be clearly marked for two <br /> lanes. <br />b. The pole located at the northwest comer of the drive be moved if necessary to <br /> allow for a seven foot expansion to the north. <br />c. The addition of "No Stopping or Parking" as well as "No Outlet" signs be <br /> posted along the driveway at the applicant's expense. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
