City Council <br />Study Session Summary <br />December 13, 2011 <br />Page 4of 4 <br />Council MemberYarnell said the human drive is to be as mobile as possible and to be mobile <br />year-round, even in the winter, for citizens whousea cane or walker. This needs to be <br />included in thepolicy. <br />Mayor Muckle wants the City to be treated as a City and not a bunch of neighborhoods. <br />Ann O’Connell, Planning Commission member, suggested calling neighborhoods as areas or <br />by numbers. <br />City Manager’s Report <br />City Manager Fleming briefly reviewed the City Council advanced agenda and commented on <br />the increased revenue the Building Safety Division is bringing in as a result of building <br />permits; three times as much as they did last year. <br />Meeting adjourned at 10:10 p.m. <br />
