<br />VII. <br />2012 Citizen Survey—Suggested topics for survey questions: awareness of and interest <br />in current community gardens, and expansion of program; residents’ awareness of <br />and/or experience with various City advisory boards; awareness of and interest in <br />completing the Arboretum; and residents’ interest in attending educational seminars <br />offered by the City or advisory boards. Theresa will send HFAB’s suggestions to <br />Meredyth Muth for possible inclusion in the survey. <br />VIII. <br />Planning items—Discussion of possible new topics and speakers for this year’s library <br />talks—members agreed to submit suggestions by early March. <br />Arbor Day (Friday, April 27) plans may include planting trees at schools—Louisville <br />Elementary was mentioned because there are storm-damaged trees that need to be <br />replaced. <br />Announcements for fundraisers can utilize the City’s utility bill insert, but the only <br /> months currently available are February and December.
