Russ briefly discussed other HWY 42 development. Public Comment: Michael Menaker, 1827 W. Chokecherry Dr. reviewed the discussion of the property andasked if there were other problems. Russ stated there were no problems with adjoining properties. The desire is to maintain the rural character of the area. Summary Comments and Request from Staff: None heard. Closed Public Hearing –Planning Commission Discussion: Loo stated her supportof the request and she wants to see if the neighboring properties will do a similar plan. Sheets states she likesthe rural character and therefore supports the request. st Lipton stated his support of the request and questioned if the development of the 1 property could extend the streetscape. Pritchard stated his support and is anxious to know when the development of other properties in the area will come forward. O’Connell stated her support.
